From March 31 to April 2, 2018, Nosy Be will organize the second edition of the Nosy Be Jazz Festival. A friendly moment to share between music lovers, this festival consolidates its international reach after a first edition which has even more popularized a musical genre which is already trendy this year again.

For this new edition, the organizers of the event have managed to expand its list of jazz artists by adding several international artists. American, Italian, Belgian, Palestinian and French musicians will come on stage to fill jazz fans with wonder alongside our local jazz artists, with more than a dozen concerts planned, excursions to discover the beauty of the Nosy Be archipelago as well as the northwestern region of Madagascar.

According to Niry Ravelojaona, president of the NBJFOC (Nosy Be Jazz Festival Organization Committee), the festival stands out from all the festivals around the world by its concerts held in magical and exceptional places sublimating the island of perfumes. The audience and tourists will travel between white sand beaches, natural amphitheatres of mango fields, ylang-ylang plantation, while being lulled by jazz music.

This long-awaited event promises conviviality, discoveries, surprises and fascinating melodies in a heavenly setting.
